2 Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to availability confirmation
- After placing an order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm availability and discuss payment
- Payment must be completed before goods are dispatched
- Prices are displayed in $ and are subject to change without notice
- An order is only confirmed after we contact you and payment is received
3 Product Information
- We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images
- Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from actual items
- Compatibility information is provided in good faith — please verify compatibility before ordering
- We recommend contacting us via WhatsApp to verify part compatibility with your specific vehicle
4 Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and availability
- Shipping costs are confirmed at the time of order processing
- Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers
5 Returns & Complaints
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect part, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Parts that have been installed or modified cannot be returned
- Contact us via WhatsApp with photos of any damaged or incorrect items
6 Limitation of Liability
NexParts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
